1. Eligibility for Refund

  • If the project has not been initiated or any work has not commenced after payment.
  • If a request is made within 7 days of payment and before any significant design or development or marketing work has begun.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work as per the signed agreement or proposal.
  • If the delay in delivery exceeds 30 days from the committed timeline, and it is solely due to our fault.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be entertained in the following circumstances:

  • If the client has approved the design or development stage and the project is in progress or completed.
  • If the delay is caused due to lack of client communication, incomplete content/materials, or delay in approvals.
  • For minor design or development changes after work has started.
  • For monthly maintenance or subscription-based plans after the first cycle is completed.
  • If the project is terminated due to a breach of terms by the client (e.g., abusive behavior, misuse of deliverables, failure to provide timely inputs).

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion, depending on:

  • The amount of work already completed.
  • Time and resources already allocated.
  • Specific agreement clauses related to staged payments and deliverables.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the approval date.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • A processing fee or bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
